More Detail

With some lovely low level crags and an excellent indoor climbing facility we will soon have you climbing up the wall! During the day there will be a progression so that you can learn how to tie yourself onto a rope and belay another climber. Using top roping systems we can coach you on your climbing technique and offer advice so that the climbing feels easier and more efficient. Once you feel confident we can then teach you more about movement skills and start to unravel the mysterious language of the climber. Lay backs, jamming, mantleshelfs, edging, and chimneying will all become apparent.

At the end of the course you should then have the necessary skills to take yourself to an indoor climbing wall with a climbing buddy.
